Easter

I love Easter! The coloring and hunting of the eggs, the basket of goodies left behind by the Easter Bunny, The Easter Dresses and Suits!!! I loved this Easter so much!!! This year we started with a egg hunt at home, and the children discovering their baskets and the joy on their faces!!! Growing up celebrating the holidays is wonderful, but witnessing it through children's eyes, now that is more than a blessing, that is magic!!!


We then went to Grandpa and Oma's and had GGrandma's famous French toast- SOOOOO Delicious!!!! Then into our Easter best and off to church!! It isn't often we go to church, so when we do get to go we have a good time! It is fun to see old faces and hear the speakers, and just to remember what Easter is all about. It is also a special time to spend with family! After Church we went back to the house and had a Grand Easter Egg Hunt!! All of the eggs were found and we got to enjoy a big handful of plastic eggs filled with candy, and hard-boiled eggs that we colored the day before! And we had a Delicious Dinner, and a wonderful time just being with the family!!
This Easter was special also because it was Grandpa and Oma's 29th Wedding Anniversary!
Who could ask for anything more!!!
